Shrieve offers a comprehensive range of ZEROL®AIR screw compressor lubricants, formulated with high-quality base oils, including mineral oils to high-performance synthetic PAO, PAG, ester oils, polyether, polyol esters (POE), and silicone oils. Under standard operating conditions, these lubricants provide a recommended maintenance interval of 3,000 – 12,000 hours, with certain formulations capable of lasting throughout the entire product lifecycle.

The ZEROL®AIR series is specifically engineered to meet the increasingly demanding lubrication requirements of modern air compressors and is widely used in oil-injected screw compressor systems.

ZEROL® AIR 3000 is based on highly refined mineral oil and well-balanced additives. They are formulated to provide excellent oxidation resistance, rust and corrosion protection, and excellent anti-foaming properties.

The recommended maintenance interval is 3,000 – 4,000 hours under standard operating conditions

ZEROL® AIR S series is formulated with high-quality base oil and highly efficient complex additives. With excellent lubricating and anti-wear properties, excellent thermal and oxidation stability, etc., it can extend the lifetime of your equipment, reduce maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency.
The recommended maintenance interval is 4,000 – 6,000 hours under standard operating conditions.

ZEROL® AIR X series is formulated with high viscosity index base oil, and highly efficient complex additives. It is formulated to provide outstanding oxidation resistance, thermal stability, rust and corrosion protection, and excellent anti-foaming properties.

The recommended maintenance interval is 6,000 – 8,000 hours under standard operating conditions.

ZEROL® AIR 4000 series is formulated from high-performance synthetic oil in combination with novel additive technology. The specially selected top-quality synthetic oil not only increases its lifetime but also substantially reduces sludge formation tendency, making this product line a feasible, cost-effective replacement of PAO.

The recommended maintenance interval is 8,000 hours under standard operating conditions.

ZEROL® Air 5000 is based on the latest high-quality synthetic base oils, combined with an optimized additive package. Due to the base oil’s low pour point and low volatility, this product line is suitable for severe applications across all regions.

ZEROL® Air 8000 Series is formulated with superior PAG and ester oils, combined with a state-of-the-art additive package. The special molecular structure of these products guarantees their outstanding performance in non-coking rapid cooling, anti-wear protection, thermal stability, antioxidant properties, etc.

The recommended maintenance interval is 10,000 – 12,000 hours under standard operating conditions.

ZEROL® Air KT Series is based on the latest high-quality silicone oil with an optimized additive package, specifically designed for screw air compressors with longer service life. With outstanding antioxidative properties and chemical stability, they are especially suitable for chemical corrosion or harsh working conditions.

ZEROL® Air ES Series is formulated from high-performance base oil in combination with novel additive technology. Due to the high viscosity index, excellent oxidation stability, anti-wear property and shear stability, this product line has a good energy-saving and consumption-reducing effect on the injected screw compressors.

The recommended maintenance interval is 6,000-8,000 hours under standard operating conditions.

ZEROL® Air FG 5046 is a food-grade, fully synthetic oil with ISO VG 46 viscosity, formulated with high-quality food-grade base oils and advanced food-grade additive technology. It is specifically developed for use in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries and is suitable for applications where incidental food contact may occur. This product provides excellent high-temperature performance, outstanding oxidation stability, low volatility, and extended service life, ensuring reliable operation and enhanced equipment protection.

The recommended maintenance interval is 8,000-10,000 hours under standard operating conditions.

Centrifugal

Centrifugal air compressor oil

ZEROL®AIR centrifugal air compressor oil is specially formulated for centrifugal air compressors and is available in both mineral and fully synthetic formulations. It provides reliable performance and an extended service life of up to 1–3 years.

ZEROL® AIR C series is formulated with highly refined base oils and advanced performance additives, specially developed for centrifugal air compressors. The product provides excellent oxidation stability, outstanding lubricating performance, reliable anti-wear protection, and strong load-carrying capacity. It helps extend compressor service life, improve operational reliability, and reduce maintenance and operating costs. This product can directly replace the same type of products.

ZEROL®  Air H series is based on the latest high-quality PAO synthetic base oils in combination with an optimized additive package. With excellent anti-wear lubrication performance, high-temperature oxidation stability, and low volatility. This product line is suitable for lubrication of oil-free and centrifugal air compressors and can effectively protect lubrication equipment, such as gears and bearings, reducing maintenance costs.

ZEROL®  Air G32 lubricant is formulated with high-quality PAG, POE synthetic oil and efficient complex additives. The special molecular structure of this product guarantees outstanding anti-wear protection, never coking, rapid cooling, thermal stability, and antioxidant properties. It is widely used for lubrication in centrifugal air compressors. This product can directly replace the same type of products.

Cleaning agent

ZEROL® AIR SUPER C (Centigrade System cleaner)

ZEROL® AIR SUPER C is an ester-based air compressor cleaner. When added to in-service oil (with a ratio of 5-15%), it can effectively dissolve varnish and sludge, thus extending the oil life and the maintenance intervals of the operating system. It is recommended for use in flooded rotary screw compressors when switching lubricant suppliers or cleaning varnished compressors.
