Gas compressor oil

PROGILINE® LPG WS and WI series are high-performance synthetic compressor lubricants Formulated with advanced polyether technology for hydrocarbon and chemical gases compressor applications. Compared with conventional mineral oils, PROGILINE® LPG lubricants demonstrate significantly lower gas solubility, reducing lubricant dilution and maintaining optimal viscosity during operation. This helps ensure adequate oil film thickness and reliable protection of compressor components. For moist gas compression applications, polyether-based synthetic lubricants offer superior lubrication performance and system reliability compared with traditional mineral oil-based products.

PROGILINE® LPG-WS series is specially developed for the lubrication of crankcases and bearings in hermetic compressors operating with hydrocarbon and chemical gases. Formulated with advanced polyether base oils and high-performance additive technology, the product effectively minimizes viscosity dilution and helps extend equipment service life.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Low gas solubility and excellent chemical stability provide reliable lubrication protection for compressor components.
  • Outstanding lubricating performance, wear protection, and high load-carrying capacity help extend compressor life and reduce operating costs.
  • Excellent high-temperature stability, oxidation stability, and high flash point ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions.
  • Low volatility helps reduce lubricant consumption.

This product is incompatible with mineral oils. Do not mix with lubricants from other brands.

The PROGILINE® LPG-WI series is available in four viscosity grades: ISO VG 68, 100, 150, and 220, and is specially developed for heavy gas compression applications (gas density > 1.5 kg/m³). The product is formulated with polyether base oils and advanced performance additives

Key Features and Benefits:

  • Helps extend compressor service life
  • Reduces wear on moving components
  • Excellent corrosion resistance, especially in applications involving hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) gas
  • Outstanding high-temperature and oxidation stability

These lubricants are suitable for a wide range of chemical and hydrocarbon gas compressors, including screw, reciprocating, and vane compressors.
