ZEROL® AB

ZEROL® AB series is a fully synthetic alkylbenzene base oil that offers excellent performance, including lubricity, electrical insulation, and low-temperature properties. Compared to mineral oil, it provides superior anti-wear and lubrication performance, reducing friction and component wear. Its excellent low-temperature characteristics and good refrigerant compatibility facilitate oil return, thereby improving system energy efficiency. With a low pour point, good anti-foaming properties, and excellent thermal stability, it ensures reliable lubrication even under demanding operating conditions. This product line also collaborates with OEM customers to provide tailored lubrication solutions for specific compressors and systems.

ZEROL® AB series includes the following viscosity grades:
Viscosity grades: 2; 3; 5; 7; 10; 22; 32; 40; 46; 55; 68; 74; 100 cSt.

Compressors using hydrocarbon refrigerants such as R290 (Propane), R600 (N-Butane), and R600a (Isobutane) have increasingly stringent design tolerances, requiring compatible lubricants to achieve both sealing and lubrication performance. ZEROL® AB low-viscosity lubricant technology is designed to meet these requirements while ensuring system compatibility.

ZEROL® ESTER

ZEROL® ESTER (POE)

ZEROL® ESTER(POE) series of refrigeration oils are used in automotive and stationary refrigeration air conditioning. The products are based on polyol ester (POE) technology and are designed for refrigeration and air conditioning applications. These fully synthetic compressor lubricants are suitable for systems using CFC, HCFC, HFC, and HFO refrigerants. They offer excellent chemical and thermal stability, system cleanliness, reduced wear, and improved system efficiency. They also exhibit strong refrigerant compatibility across the wide temperature ranges required in industrial and commercial refrigeration systems. The ZEROL® ESTER series provides the electrical insulation properties required for fully enclosed compressor systems.

ZEROL® ESTER series includes the following viscosity grades:
Viscosity grade: 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 170, 220, 320 cSt.

This product is a synthetic polyol ester (POE) lubricant used in refrigeration and air conditioning compressors.

ZEROL® PAG lubricant is formulated with polyether base oils and advanced additives.

In addition, we provide lubrication solutions for next-generation refrigerants such as CO₂ and HFO-1234yf. ZEROL® PAG lubricants provide the electrical insulation properties required for electric compressors and are suitable for hybrid and electric vehicle air conditioning systems.
